The accommodation comprises - A 20 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, filter coffee maker, etc. - One bedroom with double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, ironing board and iron, 2 beach chairs. Outside: - A 9 m² balcony, facing south-east, with furniture to make the most of sunny days. The flat is ideally located in Antibes in the Juan Les Pins district, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Nearby: - Richelieu beach, the closest to the flat at 700 m (10 minutes by crossing the pine forest) - La Pinède, home of the Jazz Festival, 700 m away (10 minutes on foot) - The Palais des Congrès, 500 m away (6 minutes on foot) - Casino 500 m away (6 minutes on foot). - Belle rive beach 800 m away (10 minutes on foot). - Juan les Pins beach 900 m away (10 minutes on foot). - Cannes 10 km away (20 min by car, 8 min by train). - Nice 25 km away (40 min by car, 25 min by train). L'hôte accueillant mais pas de piscine.
Le flexible de la douche cassé , l'eau fuyait un peu partout.
La chasse d'eau aussi coulait légèrement ce qui peut entraîner une surconsommation d'eau.
