This charming villa is very close to the centre of Cortona, a beautiful small medieval Tuscan town whose origins date back to the Etruscan period.

The villa has been recently restored but it still preserves many of its original details like the ancient terracotta-tiled floors and the beamed ceilings.

The interiors are tastefully furnished mostly with some antique pieces offering a cosy atmosphere. The property, thanks to its spacious interiors and its large exteriors, guarantees a pleasure and safe stay.

All the areas, including the swimming pool, are carefully sanitized and sterilized for the health and tranquility of guests. Distances: Cortona with all kinds of shops 1 km (within walking distance for fit guests), Camucia 1 km, Arezzo about 30 km.

Perugia and Siena are approx. 50 km away. At guests’ disposal: terraced garden offering extensive views over the surrounding landscape and small stone swimming-pool (3,5 x 4 m - open from 15/04 to 15/10) provided with hydromassage jets and charming waterfall, barbecue.
