Located on the 3rd floor without elevator, it can accommodate up to 4 travelers.
Located close to the famous Place du Capitole, discover the pink city without worrying about transport.
Comfortable accommodation with fully-equipped kitchen, shower room, WC and washing machine. High-speed Internet access is available for professional use.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- Living area: In the living area, you'll find a sofa with a coffee table and a TV.
- Bedrooms: Both bedrooms have queen-size beds, for which we provide bed linen, bath towels and household linen. Each room also has plenty of storage space for your belongings.
- Kitchen: Open to the living room, featuring a large central island and fully equipped with hob, fridge, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. The central island can also be used for dining.
- Bathroom: includes shower and washbasin. A hairdryer is available. The toilet is separate from the shower room. A washing machine is also available for longer stays.
Access for travelers:
On site, you'll be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialized in “ready-to-live-in” rentals, who will be on hand to help you make the most of your stay. Keys to the apartment are held in a secure KeyCafe locker located a 13-minute walk from the apartment.
Access limited to opening hours: 08h-21h

APARTAMENTO UBICADO PERFECTO, LIMPIEZA CORRECTA, PERO EL ACCESO AL MISMO ES A TRAVES DE UNA ESCALERA SECUNDARIA DEL EDIFICIO, PEQUEÑA, ESTRECHA, DE MADERA Y ES UN 3⁰ SIN ASCENSOR. EL BAÑO HACE OLOR POR LAS TUBERIAS. LASLASTUBERIAS

Low ceilings and did bang heads from time to time but liked apartment very much. Very steep stairs which were difficult with suitcases but a charming apartment and the location couldn’t be better.

Le Charmeur "Logement idéalement situé en centre ville et gare routière à 5 mn.
Accès cité de l'espace en bus facile par exemple.
Appartement conforme aux photos et très propre, sécurisé et situé au troisième et dernier étage de l'immeuble (et seul appartement à cet étage). Attention pas d'ascenseur."
