Guestss have the luxury of having the whole property to themselves, each Apartment is a minimum of 950 square feet, each one coming with its own personal Balcony. The Apartments are situated across 3 Floors. Each Apartment has two bedrooms, each bedroom has the luxury of an ensuite and there is a family bathroom just in the Hallway.
Living Room / Kitchen
This is a open plan living room and kitchen. The living room benefits from a 3 seater L-Shape sofa, arm chair, coffee table and flat screen TV which has all of the smart TV features so you can sit back, relax and enjoy Netflix. Every Apartment also enjoys the benefit of having a balcony. 4 of The Apartments have a balcony in the living room and off each of the bedrooms. It also benefits from a 4 seater dining table, fully fitted out kitchen with all the needed appliances and amenities to make it a home from home;

You can catch high speed commuter trains that hit speeds close to 300kmph to and from London St Pancras and other Kent destinations. And Eurostar will take you directly from Ashford to Paris, Disneyland Paris, Brussels, Lille, Marseille and Milan. The area is also well served by roads, with a new junction on the M20 making getting here easier than ever. And when you’re here, you can drive, catch a bus, walk. Our preference is walking as everything is within a 5 minute walk or less.

Welcome to Ashford, a Kent town that’s really set to put itself on the map. You might know it best for being the location of the Ashford International railway station, a stop on the Eurostar route to Europe.
Like 47 acres of green and open spaces, the pick of which are Victoria Park, the Conningbrook Lakes Country Park and the Singelton Environment Centre which are all well worth a visit.
You can also treat yourself to some retail therapy in the nearby McArthur Glen Outlet Shopping Village or on Ashford high street where department stores mix with independent shops, and where restaurants and cafes offer food from all over the world.
