Charming apartments situated in the historical centre of the beautiful medieval town of Cortona (with all kinds of shops).
These apartments have been recently and carefully restored and offer tastefully furnished interiors.
The apartments are part of a nice building enjoying extensive views over the surrounding landscape. Distances: Arezzo 25 km away, Perugia 50 km, Siena 60 km away. At guests’ disposal: TV, washing-machine and ironing facilities area provided in all of the apartments.
The apartments Santo Agostino nr. 1, 2, 3 are equipped with air-conditioning.
Public parking approx. 100 m away. Please carefully check if there are any extra costs to be paid on site! 50 m2 Ground floor: entrance with dining area and kitchen corner (oven, freezer, toaster, orange squeezer, American coffee maker), double bedroom with extra single bed separated from the dining area by an arch, bathroom with Jacuzzi shower. This apartment is provided with a washing machine and ironing facilities and with a small personal furnished outdoor area. WI-FI signal in this apartment is weaker because of the distance to the repeater. Heating: € 70,- / per week or € 11,- / per day.Local Tax 2€ per person/per day for the first 4 days of stay (from April to October, in December and in the Easter period) and 50%reduction in November and from January to March.

prima. Alleen de herrie die de bovenburen maakten was niet leuk. Gelukkig maar 2 nachten.

The apartment was nice and comfortable. The beds were great! We were promised an American coffee make, but there was none in our apartment and those used by other members of the group. We NEVER figured out the washer. The directions for using it was given VERY quickly when we arrived. We asked for clearer directions, but we didn't understand.

Perfect for a single occupant. Great that this apartment can open up to #3 if someone else is traveling with you. Owner very prompt in resolving any issue that came up. Beautiful views from this unit. About a 10 minute walk up hill to the main streets of Cortona.
