Spacious villa with private swimming pool located in front of the splendid city of Assisi, one of Italy’s most beautiful cities, attracting thousands of visitors each year from all over the world.
The villa is located in the countryside, completely independent and with a fantastic view of Assisi - which lies 10km away.
A garden and a private swimming pool await guests Inside, the villa is decorated in a classic and very comfortable style.
The location of villa Assisi allows guests to easily reach the main cities that make up central Italy such as Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio, Spoleto, Orvieto, Todi, and Arezzo.
Parking is available in front of the villa and also beneath the house in the large garage.
Available to guests: garden with private swimming pool (12 x 6 m - depth 1.25 m), laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The villa has Wi-Fi internet connection and parking (both outside and internally).
The owners of the villa own and run a superb spa roughly 11km away from the villa and guests can avail of discounted prices on: - Finnish Sauna, - Turkish bath, - Hydro massage Jacuzzi, - Sensory showers, - Relax area and massage/treatment area At the same location, there is also an area ideal for organized events or weddings.
Along with this spa, the owners also run another center, the Villasalus Medical Skin and Anti-Aging center.

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful house with an amazing view of Assisi and would highly recommend it. Great location, very spacious, beautiful house and functional kitchen. Love this house. Would buy it if it were for sale!

Een prachtig huis op een prachtige plek. Spectaculair uitzicht op Assisi en de bergen. De verhuurder is gemakkelijk te bereiken en komt beloftes na. De inrichting is wat gedateerd , dat is het enige minpuntje.
