Agence Cocoonr offers this 120 m² single-storey house in Saint-Jean-d'Illac that can accommodate up to 8 people.
It comprises a 50 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bath) and a 1,600 m² garden.
Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 50 m² living room with sofa and TV - A dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200) - A study with a double sofa bed - Bathroom with shower and bath, double washbasin unit - Separate WC Additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside: - A lovely 1,600 m² garden - A 100 m² wooden terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather The house is ideally located in Saint-Jean-d'Illac, in a quiet housing estate with around ten houses, away from the town, on the edge of a pine forest.
Local shops are 5 minutes away and supermarkets 10 minutes.
Hypermarkets are 20 minutes away.
What to do : - Bassin d'Arcachon - Visit Bordeaux - Wine châteaux - Cap-Ferret - Cabanes Tchanquées - Ocean (Lacanau, Le Porge, etc...) Transport : - If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the sheltered private car park in the courtyard. - Nearest train station: Pessac station about 30 minutes away; Bordeaux station about 43 minutes away by car. - Nearest airport: Mérignac airport, about 22 minutes by car Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Internet via ADSL for teleworking and connected TV - Pets accepted for a supplement of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour! La maison est parfaitement adaptée pour les familles ( plein pied avec partie jour et partie nuit).
La maison se situe dans un quartier calme et agréable où il fait bon profiter de la terrasse et la piscine.
