In Régusse, we offer this charming single-storey house for rent, with a surface area of 60 m² and able to accommodate up to 4 travellers. It comprises a 27 m² living room (with fireplace), a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 800 m². Bed linen and towels are included - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 27 m² air-conditioned living room with sofa, TV and fireplace (wood supplied as an extra)
- A dining area where you can enjoy a meal together
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
Bedroom 2: two single beds
- Shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin with two drawers, heated towel rail
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- An 800 m² garden in grounds planted with evergreen oaks and fenced (gate).
- A veranda with furniture
- 10 m² terrace with dining area and barbecue
The house is ideally located in Régusse, in very pleasant surroundings. In the village, there is a bakery, two bars, a computer repair shop, a proxy, a pharmacy, a seasonal restaurant, a concept store (a place for sharing, board games, entertainment) and a solidarity shop. Outside the village, there's a small shopping centre with a supermarket, hairdresser, snack bar, etc.
Activities :
- The mill, the medieval village, the surrounding villages, the markets (night markets in summer)...
- The lakes, the Verdon gorges, restaurants and museums.
- All water-related activities (fishing, canyoning, sailing, pedalos, electric boats....).
- Hiking and cycling

- In early May 2024, the Olympic flame will pass close to the village.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the property (3 vehicles), in the street as well as inside the property.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Car essential
- Nearest railway stations: Les Arcs (40 km) and Aix en Provence (95 km)
- Nearest airports: Marseille (105 km) and Nice (120 km)
Other comments:
- There are 3 steps from the front door and 5 on the veranda side.
- The fireplace is fully functional, and wood can be provided for an additional charge. Payment to be made directly on site to our local partner (€40/stay).
- Pets accepted for an extra charge of €15/stay (one pet only), please specify when booking.
- Bed linen and towels included.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
