It comprises a pretty 22 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a 300 m² garden.

The accommodation comprises: - A 22 m² living room with sofa, TV, WIFI and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob... - One bedroom with king-size bed (180×200) - Shower room with hydro-massage jets - Separate WC In the outbuilding : - A vaulted cellar, converted into a sitting area with furniture and artificial grass - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) - Separate WC Additional equipment: barbecue, CO2 detector, washing machine, wood-burning stove, fan... Exterior: - A 25 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of fine weather - A beautiful 300 m² garden, private and fully enclosed The house is ideally located in Acy, in a very pleasant environment.
