In Bagnères-de-Luchon, we offer this charming 60 m² apartment with mountain views and ski resort within walking distance, which can accommodate up to 5 travelers.
Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 30 m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a 150 m² garden.

The accommodation comprises - 30 m² living room with sofa and dining area - Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob... - Bedroom 1: Double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: Bunk beds (two single beds) + drawer bed (one single bed) - One shower room - Separate WC Exterior: - A 150 m² garden, enclosed by a high hedge, planted with trees and not overlooked, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The apartment is ideally located in Bagnères-de-Luchon, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park for free close to the accommodation in the cul-de-sac. - Thermal" shuttles to the town's thermal baths and "Winter Season" shuttles to the resort's ski lifts and town center. - Bus to Toulouse. - Tarbes-Lourdes airport 102 km away (1h14 by car), Pau 145 km away (1h39) and Toulouse 148 km away (1h46 by car).
Activities : In winter, the Superbagnères ski area, with its 32 km of pistes, offers a multitude of winter sports activities: skiing, Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, tobogganing, hang-gliding and gliding to discover the region from the air! Finally, relax with a spa treatment in the sumptuous Parc des Quinconces! In summer, discover the many hiking trails: Cazarilh-Laspène, Gouffre d'Enfer, Pic de Céciré...
Take the opportunity to stroll along the shores of Lac d'Oô and admire the splendid view of the Haut-Garonne peaks, or set off on a trail or rock-climbing trip! La maison est agréable et très bien située à proximité du centre ville. Le jardin permet de prendre les repas à l'extérieur, même l'été car la table se trouve sous un arbre. Le seul bémol concerne l'étage qui est aussi occupé. La maison n'étant pas isolée, on entend le bruit des pas et des activités...
