1 Camperdown Lodge is a delightful single-storey property resting in the seaside town of Salcombe, ideal for a family looking for a coastal getaway from which to explore the wonders of Devon.
Park beside the property in your designated, off-road space and unpack with ease, following the shared steps to discover a private entrance to this lovely property.
With a light and airy atmosphere, 1 Camperdown Lodge encourages you to make yourself at home and offers a kitchen/diner outfitted with all of the contemporary styling and ample amenities needed to make your stay a delight.
Here you can cook up a storm and dine together, toasting to your holiday with a glass of your favourite beverage.
As the evening wears on, head into the sitting room and enjoy an evening of relaxation, and in the warmer months, throw open the patio doors and head out into the rear patio, an enclosed space ideal for breakfast in the sunshine as your four-legged companion reclines beside you.
When sleep calls, freshen up in a stylish bathroom with the option of a warm soak in the tub or a shower, before cosying up for the night in one of the two well-presented bedrooms, choosing between a king-size with handy en-suite shower room and a twin.

1 Camperdown Lodge is single-storey and consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, slimline dishwasher, and dining seating for four, and there is a sitting room with TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room, and a twin, serviced by a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside there is a front non-enclosed lawn and rear enclosed patio with barbecue and furniture, plus roadside parking. Within 1 mile or less you will find a shop, a pub and a beach, and please note this is a smoke-free property. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Highchair and travel cot available. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Explore the coast and countryside of Devon with a stay at 1 Camperdown Lodge. Note: Access shared with neighbouring property. Note: Twin room best suited for children due to size, please bear this in mind when booking. Note: Check-in 16:00, check-out 10:00.
Please note that the neighbouring upstairs apartment is undergoing refurbishment until the end of February (end date subject to change). Noise will be kept to a minimum. Please contact the office for more information.
Note: The living accommodation in the property is on one level, but there are steps up to the front garden to the entrance. The twin beds can be made as a double 5 foot bed please request two weeks before arrival.Please be aware that if booking for the 16th August 2025 it will be a 5pm check in.
