This charming 118 m² house in Vertou can accommodate up to 8 people.
It comprises an attractive 52 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). Wifi (fibre optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation is as follows: 1st floor: - A 52 m² living room with TV - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: Double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed (160×200) - Shower room - Separate WC Ground floor: - Bedroom 3: Double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 4: Double bed (140×190) - A bathroom - Washing machine and tumble dryer are also available on the ground floor. Outside: - A garden shared with the studio which is rented and located at the back of the house. The house is ideally located in Vertou, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Hiking trails - Walks along the Sèvre Nantaise river - Pornic ( 50 min ) - The island of Noirmoutier ( 1h30 ) Events : - The trip to Nantes, 20 minutes by public transport - Les machines de l'île 25 mins by public transport - Hellfest Clisson 30 minutes away by car - Le Puy du fou 1 hour away by car - Les nuits de l'Erdre 30 minutes away by car Public transport : - By car: you can park directly in the house's private garage.
Free parking spaces are also available in the street. - Nearest train station: Vertou, 5 minutes by car; Nantes, 20 minutes by car. Nantes station can be reached by Busway in around twenty minutes.
The Bussway is a 5-minute walk from the accommodation and takes around 20 minutes to reach the centre of Nantes). - Nearest airport: Nantes airport - Public transport is free throughout the Nantes conurbation at weekends. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Clean linen can be delivered for longer stays, for a supplement of €15 per kit. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - For stays of more than 15 days, cleaning can be carried out during the stay, at a cost of €120, payable on site. - For stays of more than 15 days, the possibility of changing the household linen is charged at €15 per bed (the kit includes bed linen and 2 towels per person).
