It comprises an attractive 52 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath).

The apartment is composed as follows: - 52 m² living room with TV - A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: Double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: Double bed (140×190) - One bathroom Second floor: - Bedroom 3: Double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 4: Queen-size bed (160×200) - Shower room - Separate toilet - Washing machine and dryer are also available on the first floor.
Exterior: - A garden shared with the studio which is rented and located at the back of the house.
The house is ideally located in Vertou, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities : - Hiking trails - Walks along the Sèvre Nantaise river - Pornic ( 50 min ) - The island of Noirmoutier ( 1h30 ) Events : - Journey to Nantes, 20 minutes by public transport - Les machines de l'île 25 min by public transport - Hellfest Clisson 30 minutes away by car - Le Puy du fou 1h00 by car - Les nuits de l'Erdre located 30 mn away by car Transportation : - By car : you can park directly in the house's private garage.
Free street parking is also available. - Nearest train station: Vertou 5 minutes by car; Nantes 20 minutes by car.
Nantes station can be reached by Busway in around 20 minutes.
The Bussway is a 5-minute walk from the apartment and takes about 20 minutes to reach the center of Nantes). - Nearest airport: Nantes airport - Public transport is free at weekends throughout the Nantes conurbation.

L'Agave Nantaise "Place idéale pour un séjour de 3 nuits
🙁 Une maison calme et bien équipée. La location est idéale pour faire des visites dans la région: pas au centre de Nantes mais qui est bien accessible avec les transports publics.
Le propriétaire a donné d’excellent recommandation pour des bons restaurants."
