Located in an elegant period building in Art Nouveau style, it is outside the restricted traffic zone, but just a 10-minute walk from the historic center. It is also located a few steps from the Santa Giuliana Stadium and just 100 meters from the park of the same name for outdoor activities. The bus terminal for all of Italy is just 50 meters away.


The 80 sqm apartment is located on the -2 floor of a period building NOT equipped with a lift and boasts two accesses: one from the entrance of the building with slightly steep internal stairs, and an independent entrance from the private garden with exteriors easier stairs.

Unmissable, if you are passing through this beautiful region, is a visit to Assisi and the Basilica of the same name, the medieval town of Gubbio and the characteristic Todi, the municipality of Montefalco renowned for its vineyards and the city of Foligno (renowned for its its historical re-enactments and for the Quintana carousel).

The accommodation is located just 10 minutes walk from the historic center. Essential services such as bars, groceries and pharmacies are located within 900 meters.


- From Perugia airport it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the AIRLK1 bus line with the final stop "Perugia", 550 meters from the apartment.


From the Perugia train station it is possible to easily reach the apartment by bus line E018 with the final stop "Via 20 Settembre" 350 meters from the apartment.


- If you are traveling by car, the accommodation is located outside the restricted traffic zone and can be reached by car. Parking along via XX Settembre is free on white lines (NOT guaranteed). Alternatively, you can park for a fee at the Saba car park in Piazza Partigiani, 600 meters from the accommodation.
