This charming new 130 m² house, built in 2020, is located 400 m from the beach and can accommodate up to 10 people.
It has a lovely 50 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 250 m².
Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 50 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area - Fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Master suite: queen-size bed (160×200) with en-suite shower room and dressing room. - Separate WC First floor - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 4: queen-size bed (160×200) and bunk bed (sleeps 2) - Bathroom with shower and bath - Separate WC Additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside: - A 40 m² terrace, south-west facing, with furniture - A beautiful 250 m² garden, private and fully enclosed The house is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in the Rothéneuf district, in a quiet and very pleasant environment.
All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants and bars are just 250 m away.
The historic centre of St Malo is easily accessible: 15 minutes by bike, 10 minutes by car, 20 minutes by bus (bus stop 150m from the house).
Activities : - Beach and water sports: Val jolie beach 400 m away, Nicet beach 600 m away, Havre beach 600 m away, Pont beach 1 km away. - Hiking (GR34 2 minutes' walk away) - Visits to the Jacques Cartier manor house, the sculpted rocks, the Malouinières, St Malo and its ramparts, the Saint-Malo aquarium. - Discover the coast and islands, Pointe du Grouin, Cancale, Dinard, Mont St Michel 50 km away. - Several markets nearby Transport links : - By car: you can park directly in the house's private car park (1 vehicle) or in free parking spaces in the streets adjacent to the accommodation. - Bus: there is a bus stop 150 m from the property, serving Saint-Malo station (about 20 minutes by bus). - Nearest train station: Saint-Malo, 6 km away (approximately 15 minutes by car) - Nearest airport: Rennes-Bretagne 80 km away (approx. 1h05 by car) Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Free WiFi available (fibre optic). - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
