Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is renting out this charming, air-conditioned apartment with a swimming pool in Montreuil-Bellay. It has a surface area of 70 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator) of a cottage, it consists of a lovely 33 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 1,000 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optic) included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 33 m² air-conditioned living room with TV, sofa, etc.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) and a bunk bed (sleeps two)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A balcony measuring approximately 3×1m
- A heated swimming pool (6×3m) shared with a second cottage, open from April to October with a safety device
- A 1000 m² enclosed garden shared with a second cottage, with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The apartment is ideally located in Montreuil-Bellay, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot, or for free in the nearby public parking lot.
As for other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train station: Montreuil Belay station, a 15-minute walk away
- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique Airport, 1 hour and 45 minutes by car
Other remarks:
- Free Wi-Fi available (fiber optic)
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Swimming pool: children must be supervised by a parent at all times. Opening dates are not contractual and are subject to favorable weather conditions
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.

Mooi, nieuw appartement, vriendelijke en hartelijke ontvangst, rustige ligging en prachtige omgeving. Prima afgesloten, veilig terrein
Wat smaller bed (140 cm breed) dan wij gewend zijn. Wij zijn slechter ter been en buitentrap was daarmee voor ons moeilijker begaanbaar.
