The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) with sofa and TV, a king-size with en-suite shower room and a king-size, serviced by a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn and furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.5 miles, a pub and within 1 mile, Derwentwater and please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcome (at an additional charge) but sorry, no smoking.
