At guests' disposal also a private parking for 5 cars (2 covered and 3 uncovered spaces). Moreover near the villa there is a shop of e-bike rental. Following is a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), both equipped with wardrobe. Lastly there is a laundry room, equipped with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. First floor: The first floor, which can only be accessed externally from the garden, houses a spacious and bright living area, furnished with: a double sofa bed, tv, fireplace, and dining table for 6 people.

Then you will find a modern and large kitchen, fully equipped with: small bar counter, stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and coffee machine.
