## Space Our apartment is located in a 17th-century residence, directly facing the house where the poet François de Malherbe was born! A true little paradise to enjoy Caen and its surroundings, you’ll be immediately charmed by: 🏠 Its refined decoration and premium comfort 📍 Its ideal location in the heart of the city 👀 Its unique view of the building where François de Malherbe was born and the pedestrian street St.
Pierre Fully renovated, it can accommodate up to 4 people, making it perfect for 👫 couples, 👩💻 business trips, or 🧳 tourists.
It consists of: 🛋️ A living/dining room with a high-quality sofa bed (160x200cm) and Smart TV. 🍳 A fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals (or just a coffee – no judgment). 🛏️ An upstairs bedroom with a high-quality bed (140x200cm). 🚿 A walk-in shower with a rain showerhead and a washing machine. 📌 Note: A secure parking space located 50m away is available upon request – a real bonus in Caen, where parking is a challenge! 🚶♂️ The entire apartment is yours, from the first step to the last (located on the 3rd floor, no elevator – cardio included 🏋️). ✅ Included in the rental: bed linen and towels, WiFi, travel crib, high chair, baby bathtub, fan, iron, and ironing board. ⚠️ Let’s be respectful: Noise must be limited between 10 PM and 7 AM.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
In case of non-compliance, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the security deposit. ## Access By staying with us, you will have access to all areas of the apartment.

Die Ausstattung war super und sehr Familienfreundlich. Die Wohnung war leicht zu finden und die Beschreibung sehr gut.
Nur eine Kleinigkeit.
Eine Beschreibung des Schließmechsnismus der Wohnungstür wäre hilfreich gewesen. Nach etwas tüfteln haben wir es herausbekommen, aber es hat etwas gedauert.

Logement propre et lit confortable
Le canapé est horrible, les serviettes de toilettes sentait très mauvais.
Le lit est trop sous le rempant ☹️
La salle de bain est magnifique mis à part des remontées d'odeurs dans la douche ☹️
Les parties communes sont immondes...
