Completely renovated and tastefully decorated, this magnificent apartment will surprise you with its Haussmannian architecture and its decoration combining modernity and vintage furniture! With its moldings and 4 meters high ceilings, there is no doubt that this accommodation will offer you all the necessary comfort for a wonderful stay. Everything has been designed to make you feel at home! In addition to optimal comfort, you can enjoy the numerous shops and restaurants located within 200m around the apartment.
With a maximum capacity of 4 people, the accommodation is composed as follows
- A small fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, work surface, plenty of storage, kitchen utensils, etc.);
- A beautiful living room with a living/dining area equipped with a Smart TV (with your credentials you can connect to Netflix, Prime, YouTube, Canal+, etc.);
- Sleeping area: two beautiful bedrooms equipped with high-quality Queen size bedding (160x200 cm), one of which has an adjoining bathroom.
The location is idyllic for those who wish to enjoy the charm and life of Rouen, while being less than a 2-minute drive from the main roads.
The following are provided: bed linen and towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, etc... Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
The apartment includes a parking space (for standard passenger vehicles only – not suitable for vans or utility vehicles). If you wish to reserve it, please let us know at the time of your booking.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, noise should be limited between 10 pm and 7 am. No festive events will be tolerated in the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and activate the security deposit in case of excesses or damages. Thank you for your understanding.

The accommodation is located in the hypercenter of Rouen, close to all the main tourist attractions of the city (the Gros Horloge is less than 300m away on foot).
Your travels will be facilitated due to its proximity to rail and road axes. You will be only a 10-minute walk from the train station, making this accommodation ideally located for all your trips in the region (Deauville, Honfleur, Etretat...). You are also close to all shops and cultural centers.

- Check-in after 10:00 PM is not possible unless previously arranged with us.

- No parties allowed

- In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the deposit.
