Located on the first floor, it comprises a 28 m² living room, open-plan fitted kitchen, shower room and 650 m² garden. The accommodation comprises - 28 m² living room with double and single sofa bed, TV - Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob... - Bathroom with shower, vanity unit and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, fan, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - A private garden with furniture to make the most of fine weather The studio is located in a quiet suburban area, on a beautiful hill overlooking the city.
Gated residence with video surveillance. In the town Rosny-sous-Bois you have a large shopping center "Rosny 2", the largest furniture center in Europe "Domus" and restaurants, cinema, gyms... Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you have two options: - Free (public) parking spaces in nearby streets - Public parking at the entrance to the farm, 100 m from the studio. As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - Train, RER E , metro, bus. The studio is a 5-minute walk from bus stops 121 and 221. - 15 minutes from Roissy and 5 minutes from Paris Porte de Bagnolet - Car rental available Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Free WiFi available (fiber optics). - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

J'ai séjourné dans cet appartement dans le cadre d'un voyage d'affaires, J'ai bien été reçu par l'hôte qui a toujours été aux petits soins pour moi. Le stionnement est un peu compliqué mais on trouve toujours une petite place dans les rues adjacentes.. le logement est à l écart et bien équipé ce ...
