Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor without a lift, this 62-square-metre holiday rental offers a large living area where it is pleasant to live. The flat is composed of:

- a comfortable and welcoming living room,

- a tastefully decorated bedroom with a double bed (160 × 200 cm),

- a bathroom with shower and toilet,

- a fully-equipped kitchen (bialetti coffee machine, toaster, mixer, kettle, oven, hob, fridge, freezer),

- hoover, washing machine, hairdryer, books, clothes hangers,

- Wi-Fi.
