This detached property features an inviting interior of pleasant decor with quirky traditional elements, and the vast exterior includes a large lawn and fantastic private pool to make the most of.
If you seek to feel the sand between your toes, the impressive beach is just a 5 minute drive away or you can experience the coveted and historical UNESCO town of Siracusa less than 20 minutes' drive away.

Maison conforme à l'annonce.
La rue est très calme, la plage n'est pas loin et est superbe.
Agence villa Plus est très efficace et réactive.
Le propriétaire vient régulièrement nettoyer la piscine, il est très sympathique et accueillant.
Seul souci, la gestion des poubelles est à revoir.
Nous y retournerons très certainement.
