This charming 58 m² flat in Saint-Nic has a sea view and is less than 60 m from the beach.
It can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 22 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a shower room.
Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 22 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with shower and WC Outside: - A 6 m² west-facing terrace with sea view and furniture to enjoy the fine weather. The flat is ideally located in Saint-Nic, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : At the gateway to the Crozon peninsula, not far from the meandering Aulne maritime and linking north and south Finistère, hiking will be a lovely way to discover this heritage of Brittany.
Our trails will guide you wherever the wind and your legs take you. The Gr34, the best-known and most frequently used of the trails, offers you a wealth of singularly beautiful landscapes.

From the lighthouse lights of the Iroise to the white cliffs of Crozon, from the sparkling meanders of the Aulne to the metallic reflections of the harbour of Brest, to the peat bogs of the Monts D'Arrée. This land of imagination invites you to let yourself be surprised, dream and simply let go. Get your travel diary ready, and the landscape-hungry traveller will be able to collect some of Brittany's most beautiful postcards. A thousand surprises and gems await you! Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park, which can accommodate up to 2 vehicles. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Chateaulin, 18 km away (about 20 minutes by car) - Nearest airport: Brest-Bretagne 56 km (about 50 minutes by car) Other remarks : - Free Wi-Fi available - Bed linen and towels are included. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

🙂 Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement de premier choix en bord de plage, la qualité de la literie et l'appartement bien équipé. Il ne manquait rien et c'était nickel !
🙁 Peut-être le manque de commerces à proximité. Néanmoins, un supermarché était à qlqs kms en voiture."

🙁 Es fehlt ein Wasserkocher und leider ist es das billigste Geschirr, das vorhanden ist. Für diesen Preis erwarte ich ein wenig mehr...."

🙁 Absence de wifi certes mentionnée dans l'annonce mais partage de connexion impos...
