## Space
"Le petit Revard", 41m2 apartment is located on the 3rd floor and is accessible by elevator.
In terms of layout, you will find in the large main room:
- an open kitchen area with all the equipment necessary for preparing your meals (oven, fridge-freezer combination, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, Tassimo coffee machine, crockery and utensils, etc.)
- a dining area with a table and four chairs
- a living room area with convertible sofa, coffee table, TV cabinet and television
- a large storage cupboard at the entrance
Access to the room is via a pocket door, it has:
- a queen-size bed 160x200cm with bedside tables
- a large wardrobe
The bathroom is doubly accessible from the main room and from the bedroom, you will find:
- a large walk-in shower
- a piece of furniture with its basin and mirror
- wall-hung toilets
The large 15m² balcony/terrace is accessible both from the bedroom and the main room.
It is mainly east-facing and offers a magnificent view of Mont Revard.
Looking towards the north, you will also have a small view of the lake depending on the season. It is equipped with an outdoor dining area for 4, plants and 2 lounge chairs. A significant advantage: the apartment has a private garage space in the basement as well as a shared bicycle garage. To note that: - sheets and towels are included for a couple (additional €15 requested for the preparation of the convertible sofa and the provision of additional towels) - check-in and check-out times are flexible on request (except in the event of crossed departure and arrival) Important notes: -The accommodation does not have wifi Le Bourget-du-Lac is a charming village bordering the magnificent Lac du Bourget, the largest natural lake in France, supporting a wide variety of water activities (sailing, kitesurfing, water skiing, rowing, paddle, cruising, pedal boats, diving, etc. …) – 300m on foot.
It is also close: - the town of Aix les Bains, Riviera des Alpes, dedicated to well-being and tourism with its cultural and historical sites, its thermal baths, its spas, its restaurants, its casinos and its internationally renowned 18-hole golf course (club 1895) open all year – From 15 minutes by car. - the town of Chambéry, historic capital of Savoy, rich in a ducal past and a broad architectural heritage – From 15 minutes by car. - the Bauges massif regional natural park where you can practice alpine skiing, Nordic skiing, skating, cycling, hiking, paragliding, including the resorts of Savoie Grand Revard (with La Féclaz) and Aillons-Margériaz – From 45 minutes by car . When you arrive at the accommodation, you will find a welcome booklet and tourist documents offering many ideas for activities for your stay! Bourget-du-Lac is very well served: - one hour from Lyon, Geneva, Grenoble via the Alpine motorway network.
The road network, both national and departmental, irrigates it directly, linking it doubly to Aix les Bains and Chambéry. - 15/20 minutes from Aix les Bains or Chambéry stations, where the TGV takes you to Paris in three hours. - 10 minutes from the small Chambéry airport and 1 hour from Lyon or Geneva airports. - Several bus lines also allow you to reach the lake or town at different times of the day. ## Interaction Patrick and Gina have chosen to place the management of their second home in our caring hands and thus allow you: - to count on our availability to welcome you or assist you in case of problems throughout your stay. - to benefit from concierge services on demand. ##Notes Some people might be bothered by the noise from the road which passes behind the building when they are on the terrace.

Positive:
La proximité: avec les commerces et les loisirs, les nombreuses voies vertes piétons/cyclistes. L'appartement est très récent au sein d'une copropriété très bien entretenue, le parking dans un box fermé est un réel plus. des hôtes à l'écoute et réactifs: bravo !
