This bright and spacious apartment is only a stone's throw away from Liverpool's most popular shopping district Liverpool ONE. A short stroll to everything in the centre making it perfect for leisure or business travellers! ACC, Echo Arena, Albert Dock and many restaurants on our doorstep.
A huge Smart TV, well equipped modern kitchen and contemporary bathrooms provide a great base to ensure a comfortable stay in Liverpool!

The Space
The apartment sleeps 8 comfortably, there are two bedrooms which sleep 3 guests each and a large double sofa bed in the living room! One of the bedrooms boasts an en-suite bathroom meaning guests have access to 2 bathrooms. There is also a private balcony. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay: a balcony, wi-fi internet connection, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, washer/ dryer. It is just a 5 minute walk to the Liverpool ONE shopping district, the Albert Dock, Liverpool Echo Arena and Exhibition Centre. Everything is on your doorstep: clubs, pubs, Art Galleries, Cathedral, Museum, most are FREE, all are within walking distance.
Host & Stay are committed to our owners so that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge), or to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

The Neighborhood
The apartment is within a residential building and all neighbours are quiet and respectful so we ask that our guests reciprocate this too.
Getting Around
The apartment is within walking distance of all Liverpool's city centre attractions, however, if you fancy venturing further afield then all transport links are nearby. There is Liverpool ONE Bus Station only 2 minute walk away and Liverpool Lime Street Train Station 10 minute walk away.
There is no parking available at the property, however, there is a 24 hour secure car park available a 5 minute walk away at £8 for 24hours.
Other Things to Note
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at:
8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L15AQ.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Baltic Triangle - Go Local that is about 6 minute walk or 2 minute drive. This is located at 46 St James St, Liverpool L1 0AB.
The store is open from 07:00 - 00:00 everyday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.
