This charming 75 m² duplex apartment in Formiguères can accommodate up to 8 people.
Located on the first floor, it comprises a 30 m² living room with open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath).
The apartment is composed as follows: - 30 m² living room with double sofa bed, 150 cm TV, dining area - Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Master bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite bathroom with bath, WC, double washbasin, washing machine First floor: - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with shower, vanity unit, WC Exterior: - A 30 m² terrace to enjoy the sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in Formiguères, in a very pleasant environment.
Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as a bakery, butcher's shop, bar, tobacconist's shop, mountain bike and mountain equipment rental...

Le Cocon Enneigé "Très bel appartement renové à notre goût, moderne en gardant les touches de l'ancien.
Seul hic les voisins du dessus car le plancher est fin.
Mais lieu impeccable, a 10 min en voiture de tout et a 3 pas du centre ville pour les ptites courses du soir"

Le Cocon Enneigé Dommage , toutes les fenêtres sont face à des murs. Cest tristounet et s'il y a plusieurs locataires, on entend les personnes du dessus marcher jusque tard dans la nuit
