This single storey house consists of: On the ground floor: A large living room of 40m2 with (fully equipped fitted and integrated kitchen, dining area and living room with pellet stove.
Equipment: dishwasher, oven, microwave, filter and pod coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
Access to sleeping area (Two steps down) 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 140cm bed with bay window and bedroom 2 with 2 9O beds) - 1 bathroom (Shower tray + 2 sinks) - 1 independent toilet - 1 laundry room - 1 dressing room Heating: pellet stove in living room + electric heating in all rooms Terrace with garden furniture in front of the house with a magnificent view, you will also have a large plot of land at the rear of the gîte.
A dead end road passes in front of the house without any particular nuisance for those who have stayed there, direct access to the hiking trails.
If you like the countryside, come and discover "La Bergerie" located in a hamlet above Bort-les-Orgues: old farmhouse completely renovated internally with panoramic views of Les Orgues and the town of Bort where you will find all shops, large surfaces, catering, summer entertainment etc...Located on the borders of Cantal, Corrèze, and Puy de Dôme, you can visit many tourist sites in the surrounding area: close to the Bort dam, Chateau de Val (beach, activities nautical activities, exhibitions, etc.) of the Dordogne gorges - Cantal side, Puy Mary, medieval city of Salers - Puy de Dôme side, Sancy, thermal spas of La Bourboule and Mont Dore, Fenestre park, Puy de Dôme, Vulcania, .....Numerous outdoor activities between lakes and forests: fishing, sailing, hiking (marked circuits) - cycle paths - horse riding.
In winter, ski slopes nearby on the Monts du Cantal or Puy-de-Dôme (Super Besse....)

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La maison est confortable et fonctionnelle . Malgré que la pièce principale ne soit pas très lumineuse. La propriétaire est très sympathique et nous a accueilli chaleureusement avec des fleurs dans les vases et des boissons fraîches. Nous recommandons ce gîte.

Accueil agréable , Le gîte a un certain charme , ancien , bien arrangé , des couleurs agréables ,meublé avec goût, le seul petit hic ... la route passe au ras de la porte de sortie ... et le petit coin de verdure est juste de l'autre côté ! alors avec des enfants !!!Je n'aurai pas été tranquille ! ...
