Situated in a quiet neighbourhood less than 650 m from the beach, the harbour and the town centre, this four-bedroom villa is suitable for 6–8 people.
Parking is available in the driveway in front of the villa’s garage.
A beautiful single-storey house, open on all four sides, set on a 720 m² plot with a private swimming pool.
This property can accommodate 6 to 8 people in its 3 large, light-filled bedrooms. (Bedroom 1: 160 bed and fitted wardrobe; Bedroom 2: 160 bed and fitted wardrobe; Bedroom 3: 2 90 beds and chest of drawers) Entrance via the garden, leading into a spacious hall which opens onto: a separate, fully fitted kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, extractor hood, ceramic hob, multifunction oven, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster and microwave…), living room with a 140 sofa bed and TV, shower room with walk-in shower and double-basin unit, separate toilet.
Washing machine in the garage. Access via the living room or the garden to the large covered terrace (outdoor kitchen, garden furniture and charcoal barbecue) – gas plancha. The villa has a cot and a high chair. Private swimming pool heated depending on weather conditions, to ensure optimal swimming conditions and temperature.
In summer, the natural warmth of the water may be sufficient to ensure your comfort. The swimming pool is open from 1 May to 2 October (subject to change) Swimming pool secured by a fall detection alarm – Outdoor shower – Sun loungers. Air-conditioned villa, Wi-Fi. Pets not allowed. Ideal holiday let for a family! Optional extras: household linen is not provided but can be booked in advance and collected when you pick up the keys (double bed kit: €12.00/single bed kit: €9.00/towel kit with one large and one small towel: €8.00 You will be asked to pay the security deposit for your rental.
