In recent residence, come and enjoy this pleasant villa on 3 faces type T4 with space, quality equipment, 3 bedrooms with each its bathroom and a panoramic view of the bay of Collioure. The accommodation includes, on the ground floor, a garage with parking space, freezer and washing machine, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom.
On the 1st floor: living room with sofa, equipped with a flat screen, home cinema, dining room with table 6 people and 1 small balcony sea view, spacious terrace, kitchen (4 gas fires, oven, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge, a small freezer, separate WC, bedroom with double bed and bathroom.
On the 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom, WC.
Air conditionning in each room and in the living room. All the windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
Accomodation classified 3 stars.
Optional extras: linen is not provided but it is possible to book in advance and pick it up at the keys (kit double bed: 12.00 euros/ kit single bed: 9.00 euros/ kit towels: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).

C'est une magnifique maison de vacances avec une vue superbe jusqu'à la baie de Collioure et à la mer. L'équipement est parfait.Tous les outils dans la cuisine était la, rien n'a manqué. La terrasse est grand, et malgré l'hiver, nous avons pu manger dehors le midi, car il faisait assez chaud. Le contact avec le service location à Collioure était très agréable. Volontièrement à une autre fois!
