The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent in Ax-les-Thermes, a charming 80 m² apartment with rooftop and mountain views, within walking distance of the ski resort (cable car 200 m away), which can accommodate up to 8 people. Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), it comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The apartment comprises :
- A 30 m² living room with TV, sofas, dining area...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with two double beds (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron.
Exterior:
- A 4 m² south-facing balcony, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in the historic center of Ax-les-Thermes, in a lively, bustling neighborhood. You'll benefit from proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free close to the accommodation in the free public parking lot.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Train station approx. 800m from accommodation
- The nearest airport : Toulouse-Blagnac airport about an hour and a half from the accommodation
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.
- The entrance to the flat is on rue de la Chapelle-saint-Jacques (adjacent to rue de l'horloge, which is the postal address).
