Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this charming 265 m² house with stock tank in La Bouilladisse, which can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a lovely living room, a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 100 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: two single beds
- Separate WC
On the second floor:
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200) with bathroom with shower, bath and WC
- Bedroom 3: one queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 4: two single beds
- Bedroom 5: two single beds
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- An unheated stock tank measuring 244 cm in diameter, open from 1 June to 30 September, subject to possible modifications depending on weather conditions. Photo to come in March.
- A lovely 500m² garden + 50m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in La Bouilladisse, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.
Transport :
If you decide to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private parking lot.
As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Marseille train station approx. 35 km away
- Marseille Provence airport approx. 50 km away
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.
- Free Wifi available
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation free of charge (1 dog or 1 cat per stay).
- The house is close to the sainte baume and sainte victoire mountains
- A parent is responsible for children's swimming. Pool opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change. Subject to favorable weather conditions.

La Maison de Jean L'environnement est superbe. La maison dispose de toutes les commodités. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Notre hôte a été extrêmement accueillant. Nous recommanderions ce lieux sans réserves.

La Maison de Jean Un très beau lieu, au calme complet au milieu des champs d oliviers des pins et collines . La maison est grande , les chambres lumineuses, tout est fidèle à l annonce. La piscine est un peu plus haut tout près de la maison du propriétaire mais nous en avons eu la jouissance exclus...
