Agence Cocoon offers this 40 m² air-conditioned flat in Cabris with mountain views, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the ground floor, it comprises a 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room.
At the heart of the enclosed garden with trees is the shared swimming pool.
Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - 25 m² living room with sofa bed (160x200), TV and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, iron and ironing board.
Outside: - A swimming pool shared with the owners, open from June to September inclusive.
It is accessible and private from 9am to 11am and from 2.30pm to 4pm.
Maximum depth 2 metres, alarm.
Outdoor shower. - A 20m² terrace with furniture on a reserved part of the 40m² garden to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Cabris, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

La Joliette séjour tres agréable d'une durée de 15 jours logement très propre ou l'on ne manque de rien, notre hôte à tout prévu dans les moindres détails, agréable de bons conseils, vue magnifique. Très bien situé si on est véhiculer le secteur regorges de merveilles à visiter ! Je conseille à 100% nous reviendrons avec Plaisir.

La Joliette "Soggiorno perfetto, ci si sente come a casa!
Casa molto pulita, accessoriata di tutto ciò che serve durante un soggiorno.
Inoltre i proprietari gentilissimi, ci hanno accolto per il check-in nonostante fossimo arrivati tardi per traffico lungo il tragitto.
Ottima posizione per chi vuole visitare la Costa Azzurra soggiornando in un luogo tranquillo."

La Joliette Le séjour a été parfait. Le logement est nickel, comme sur les photos. Le logement est extrêmement bien équipé, rien à redire. Je reviendrais avec plaisir !
