We are located in a quiet residential area, served by various services such as bars, restaurants and shops.
Bus stop 2 minutes away for easy access to the city of Venice. Uncovered parking space for exclusive use inside the building. The space LIVING AREA: living room with sofa bed and 28" TV, kitchenette including traditional oven, microwave oven, induction hob with 4 burners, Nespresso coffee machine and other services available. BEDROOM 1: double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers; BEDROOM 2 with single bed; BATHROOM: shower cubicle, bidet, hairdryer, washing machine and dryer. OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: split A/C along the anteroom, unlimited wifi, iron and clothesline. Balcony with two chairs and wooden table. Uncovered parking space for exclusive use inside the building. The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Venezia.
From April 25 is planned the experimental application of the contribution of access to the ancient city of Venice, following the instructions sent by the template you can download the voucher to access the ancient city of Venice for free. Tijdens werk in Venetië fijne plek om ‘thuis’ te komen.

Prima hosting en een rustige mooie buurt.
Als er iets fout ging was de host snel daar om het op te lossen.
De afstand van het appartement naar het werk in de Arsenale was te groot. Kan niemand iets aan doen, maar is de reden waarom we het niet zullen herhalen.
