Agence Cocoonr offers you this charming 175 m² air-conditioned house in Aups with mountain views and private pool, which can accommodate up to 8 guests.
It comprises a 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and an independent studio.
There is also a 2,500 m² garden. The accommodation is as follows: In the main house on the ground floor - A 40 m² living room with sofa, TV and direct access to the terrace - A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, Thermomix, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: master suite with queen-size bed (160×200) and shower room - separate WC First floor - Bedroom 2: one double bed - Bedroom 3: two single beds - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC 35 m² studio apartment by the pool (not air-conditioned) - Living room with dining area and kitchenette: gas hob, small fridge, extractor hood and sink, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle... - A lounge with sofa bed (sleeps 2), TV - A mezzanine with an extra bed (access by ladder) - Bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside - A private, unheated swimming pool, accessible by stairs from the house, available from mid-April to mid-October! We loved the pool, all the outdoor seating and well kitted out kitchen. Welcome gifts were very appreciated!
The showers were a bit disappointing. The shower head upstairs was put on wrong, making it hard to use. The downstairs one in the bedroom was not privately partitioned.
