Comfortable apartment located on the first floor, of two in total, of a building without lift.
It is possible to leave ONE bicycle only in the storage room shared with the condominiums. In 45 m2 of space it comfortably accommodates 4 people. Parking available free of charge along viale Baluardi and ex Mof while the Baluardi car park is available for a fee. We are outside the ZTL (limited traffic zone). Via Mayr is famous for being a street full of clubs and restaurants. The internal space is divided as follows: LIVING AREA.
Living area with French sofa bed (1.40x2.00 m), dining table and kitchen equipped with four gas burners, fridge and freezer, moka, traditional oven and microwave oven, washing machine, electric kettle, wine glasses, various utensils and TV. BEDROOM.
Double bed (1.60x1.90 m), two bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe and sofa. BATH.
Shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink and hairdryer. OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE.
Portable fan, LIMITED wifi (250GB), iron and ironing board, clothesline. Autonomous heating. PLEASE NOTE: Garbage collection and disposal is MANDATORY and the responsibility of guests. Ci siamo serviti di questa struttura per una notte dopo un concerto. Comoda al centro, comunicazione molto agile col proprietario, struttura non modernissima ma affascinante con le sue travi a vista
Forse il costo per una notte eccessivo, ma da giustificare causa concerto main stream

La posizione e la pulizia dell'appartamento ottima.
Informazioni delll' host chiare e ben comprensibile.
Sul divano letto non è possibile dormirci. A prescindere che è quasi a terra e vabbè uno ci può chiudere un occhio, ma la sbarra della struttura che attraversa orizzontalmente la sagoma, viene troppo fuori!!!!!

Appartamento molto pulito e ben accessoriato. Comodo e vicino al centro. A pochi minuti si trova parcheggio gratuito
Nessuno, se dovessi proprio criticare qualcosa direi il divano letto scomodo ma capisco che è anche un letto d emergenza quindi è giustificato
