In the commune of Le Thoronet,Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 135 m² air-conditioned villa with private swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It features a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a 1,050 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
First floor
- 20 m² living room with two sofas, one of which is an electric recliner, TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen (south-facing) with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1 with double sofa bed (real mattress 140x190) and bunk bed, desk
- Bedroom 2 with a queen-size bed (160x200), en-suite shower room, wc, 2 m² balcony
- Separate WC
on the second floor
- Bedroom 3 with king-size bed (180x200), shower room, dressing room, wc
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A swimming pool (private, heated) open from April to October (equipped with two alarms) dimension: 1st part 9 m² with 50 centimeters depth and a 2nd part with 50 m² and 160 centimeters depth (weekly passage of the piscinist). The pool is available out of season on request, at an extra charge of €15/day.
- A lovely 1,050 m² enclosed private garden + 100 m² terrace (south-facing) with furniture, ping-pong table with rackets, boules, bowling green with boules available, children's corner with books and games to enjoy on sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Le Thoronet, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Activities :
15 minutes from one of the most beautiful markets in the Var, in Lorgues on Tuesdays and Fridays.
The villages of Salernes , villecroze, Aups , Cotignac , Entrecasteaux ,Carcès ,Tourtour less than 20 km away.
The beaches of St Tropez and St Maxime with their fashionable boutiques, restaurants and a multitude of small shops of all kinds.
The Gorges du Verdon and Lac de Ste Croix offer rendezvous, sailing, canoeing, swimming, picnics and restaurants less than an hour's drive away.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage (one vehicle) and private parking lot (four vehicles) and the carport of the house.
As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station in Cannes, approx. 1h10 by car
- Nearest airport in Cannes-Mandelieu approx. 55 minutes by car.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
