A few steps from the Royal Palace, elegant apartment equipped with every comfort and ideal for hosting 6 people, located in a building in the city center, nearby there are all the main museum and recreational attractions of "little Paris". Close to the Oriental Arts Museum, a stone's throw from the Chapel of the Holy Shroud and the Cinema Museum, from Piazza Castello and Piazza San Carlo.

The space
Elegant apartment of approximately 85 m2 is located on the sixth floor of an elegant historic building with a lift (NOT suitable for disabled people). We also point out the presence of a step at the entrance.
The accommodation is made up as follows:
BEDROOM 1: equipped with a double bed, a desk and a wardrobe.
BEDROOM 2: with a double bed.
LIVING AREA: very spacious, equipped with a relaxation corner with double sofa bed, TV and dining area.
KITCHENETTE: has a fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, moka and kitchen utensils.
BATHROOM 1: bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet.
BATHROOM 2: service, with toilet, sink and bidet.
OTHER SERVICES: unlimited WiFi, independent heating with boiler, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, balcony.
7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We use this procedure to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service which is the Italian procedure for accommodating guests in Italy.

La localisation en plein centre.
Une climatisation de l'appartement défaillante. Une promessse d'intervention sans suite. Une demande de conseil pour garer sa voiture sans réponse de l'hôte. Un hôte absent et peu communicatif.

L'emplacement est exceptionnel. Les pièces sont grandes et bien équipées. L'ascenseur est un vrai plus.
L'appartement manque de rafraîchissement et commence à être vieillissant (climatisation du salon ne fonctionne plus correctement, coussin à remplacer, évier salle de bain à déboucher et parois de douche). L'appartement est propre à première vu, il faut pas regarder sous le canapé.
