The accommodation consists of: KITCHEN: with fridge, freezer, hob, oven, toaster, kettle, moka and kitchen utensils LIVING AREA: with double sofa bed and dining area BEDROOM: equipped with a double bed and wardrobe BATHROOM: equipped with shower, bidet and hairdryer Our guests will also have free unlimited WiFi, 2 fans, TV, iron and ironing board, independent heating with boiler, balcony Free street parking on white lines Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.
Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.
