Functional apartment perfect for 4 guests located in a strategic and well-served position, in the heart of the Lingotto area, ideal for work, tourism and study.
We are just a few minutes from the hospital area (Molinette, San Lazzaro Dermatological Hospital, Regina Margherita Hospital, Sant'Anna Hospital, CTO Trauma Center); Turin Lingotto Polytechnic, City of Health and Science University and Lingotto Fiere. This approximately 40 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a building with NO elevator (not accessible for disabled guests). The accommodation comprises: KITCHEN CORNER: with refrigerator, freezer, stovetop, oven, toaster, kettle, moka pot and kitchen utensils LIVING AREA: with double sofa bed and dining table BEDROOM: with double bed, TV and wardrobe BATHROOM: with shower, bidet and hairdryer Our guests will also have access to: free unlimited WiFi, 2 fans, iron and ironing board, independent heating with boiler and a balcony. PLEASE NOTE: NO AIR CONDITIONING. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato N.B. Completing the registration is MANDATORY to receive instructions and access the apartment. Please note that assistance for any problems related to the check-in with automated access is possible (remotely) until 23:00 In this property check-in is done in self mode.
Further information will be provided at the time of booking. Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Torino Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th.

Vicinanza alla metropolitana e parcheggio auto davanti all'entrata oltre a negozi di alimentari a due passi. Zona tranquilla anche la sera.
Pulizia dell'ambiente poco curata. Letto in salotto troppo stretto tra tavolo e cucina. È un appartamento che va benissimo per 2 persone, per 4 troppo piccolo.

I booked this structure without watching the reviews on Booking, and when I did, I got scared. I thought I would have issues, but in fact, nothing was true! The apartment was clean and cosy, and the host wrote to me on WhatsApp. I was anxious about the key allocation and the hot water, but I did not have any issues with them. I would like to thank the host for the availability !

Appartamento luminoso e dotato di tutto il necessario, vicino alla metropolitana ed al supermercato. A pochi passi si trova un mercato ove è possibile trovare tutto quello di cui necessita una famiglia. Unica anomalia non funzionava l'ascensore per accedere al primo piano.
