We are offering this charming apartment for rent in the town of Eaux-Bonnes, with mountain views and a ski resort within walking distance. It has a surface area of 32 m² and can accommodate up to 7 guests. Located on the 5th floor (with elevator), it consists of a lovely 17 m² living room, an equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, and a bathroom.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 17 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, dining area...
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom: with 3 single beds on the mezzanine and a double sofa bed at the bottom of the mezzanine
- One bathroom with shower and bathtub
- One separate toilet

Outside:
- A 4 m² balcony with furniture for enjoying sunny days.

The apartment is ideally located in Eaux-Bonnes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the accommodation in the free public car park.

For other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Lourdes train station, 1 hour and 15 minutes by car; Pau train station with bus transport to Gourette
- Nearest airport: Pau-Pyrénées airport, 1 hour and 20 minutes by car

- You are responsible for cleaning at the end of your stay (or you can pay extra to have it done by our local service provider). A cleaning deposit of €150 is required on arrival at the accommodation and will be returned at the end of your stay if the accommodation has been cleaned.
- Ski cellar on the ground floor of the residence: 3 sleds, 3 shovels, 2 pairs of snowshoes, and a snow shovel are at your disposal.
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the indicated hours is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
