Molt ben moblat, decorat i equipat, ampli, bonic, comfortable i còmode. Cuina molt ben equipada. Bona calefacció. Supermarché molt a prop. Sol i vista.
Negative:
Alguns racons no eren prou nets. Tot i que no està mal situat podria estar una mica més a prop del centre.
