Villa Serramar is just a 5 minute drive to the centre where you will find a small sandy beach, a choice of bars and restaurants, as well as a beautiful marina.
It is positioned in the warmest and sunniest area of Madeira, with easy access to the surrounding mountains where scenic walks can be enjoyed.
Villa Serramar is a fantastic modern villa, offering a spacious and light interior that has been stylishly furnished throughout. From the open plan living area, patio doors lead outside to the al fresco dining terrace and decked pool area, where one´s days can be spent relaxing pool side, whilst enjoying the view of the sea. The pool can also be heated with an extra cost, for a maximum enjoyment. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the upper floor, the second floor consists of the living and dinning area and fully equipped kitchen, and a guest toilet.
The barbeque, located beside the kitchen, outside, is a great place for all those summer meals.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The garage is found on the ground floor. Just 15 minutes from Funchal city centre, and 30 minutes from the airport, the villa Serramar is the ideal place to holiday in. At present there is a construction site in the surrounding areas.
When booking, you are aware of this and agree to proceed with the respective booking. To note too that the property layout in terms of decoration can be altered without prior notice.
