The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 144 m² house with swimming pool for rent in Villecroze, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It features an attractive 70 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 10,000 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics) included, we're waiting for you!
The apartment is composed as follows
First floor
- A 70 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds that can be joined together
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
First floor
- Bedroom 3: suite with queen-size bed (160×200), bathroom with shower, WC and balcony.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue (with integrated plancha accessory), washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A private swimming pool (10m x 5m), heated for adults and children, open from April to October with alarm.
- Pool house overlooking the pool, with seating, dining table, garden furniture...
- A beautiful 10,000 m² enclosed garden
- A 16 m² covered terrace with furniture for sunny days
The house is ideally located in Villecroze, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the home's private parking lot, with the possibility of parking several vehicles.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Draguignan - Les Arcs TGV station 30 km (30 min by car) - Marseille Saint-Charles SNCF station 115 km (1h30 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Nice Côte d'Azur airport 100 km, approx. 1 h 15 min by car
