Walltree House is a truly unique property on the northern edge of the Cotswold countryside.
This traditional manor house can sleep up to ten guests (see Finer Details), across four bedrooms, with three bathrooms.
Each of the numerous reception rooms offers its own style through interesting artwork and unique touches, whilst still celebrating the period features typical of a house of its 18th century era. This spacious house is ideal for gatherings, with its grand dining room for celebratory meals, and drawing room with open fire, bar, and card table.
Most of the rooms enjoy picturesque countryside views, especially the conservatory which is stunning in any season.
Guests might catch a glimpse of wildlife, light aircraft and maybe even the odd skydiver! Outside, the vast gardens are a wonderful extension of the interior, with a large patio and grassy areas.
Three well-behaved dogs are welcome to join the fun in this dog friendly holiday home.
This fabulous property has so much to offer, including walking distance to paintballing, a 20 minute drive from Silverstone Circuit and to top it off, they also have a wedding license (see Finer Details)! Large, comfortable house for a group of friends

We had a fantastic stay with plenty of room (and bathrooms!) for 7 adults, 3 children and 1 dog. The well equipped kitchen was very much appreciated, and the kids loved watching the skydivers. Easy check in and out, plus excellent customer service from Natalie and her team, who were kind enough to post a couple of items we had mistakenly left behind.
A great family weekend away for a birthday celebration.

The house was a perfect setting to celebrate my 70 birthday with my family. My grandchildren loved running around the house and exploring the large gardens and surrounding land, including watching the airfield activity! All in all a fabulous weekend in a lovely country house ideally situated as a base for exploring the Countryside and the Cotswolds. Fully recommended.

We enjoyed a wonderful short break at Walltree house. The house is beautiful and grounds lovely. Plenty of space for us all. Lovely to watch the planes take off and land and all the parachuters in the sky.
