We offer this charming 250 m² house with swimming pool for rent in Villeneuve-sur-Lot, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It features a lovely 60 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 3,009 m² garden. Sheets and towels in supplement. We're waiting for you!
The apartment is composed as follows

- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200)

- Bedroom 4: with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and bath

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A private, unheated swimming pool (5mx 1.5m). It is integrated into a large natural pool. It is equipped with an alarm. The pool is open from May 20 to October 30 (opening dates non-contractual and subject to change).
- An attractive, unfenced garden of approx. 3,000 m².
- A 36 m² terrace with furniture for sunny days
- A second 20 m² terrace at pool level
The house is ideally located in Villeneuve-sur-Lot, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are close at hand.
Activities
- Visit lle neuve, a small provincial town in the middle of beautiful rolling countryside. Various summer activities.
- Visit: the bastides (medieval villages) of the Lot et Garonne and Dordogne (markets, village festivals...)
- Bike rides (well-stocked bike rentals) .
- Over 100 km of marked hiking trails.
- A beautiful 18-hole golf course 10 minutes away, and an active tennis club 10 minutes away.
- 2 flying clubs
- A water-ski base are available .
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot for all types of vehicles, or in the private outdoor parking lot.
As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Gare d'Agen about 30 min by car
- Nearest airport: Toulouse-Blagnac airport about 1h3min by car

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost 20€ (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates given are indicative and subject to change by our partner.
- Free WiFi available (fiber optics).
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation (one cat or dog per stay).
- A parent is responsible for children's swimming. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual. A discharge will be requested from the tenant to release the owner from any responsibility in case of accident in and around the pool.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
