Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this charming 340 m² house in Montussan, which can accommodate up to 10 travelers.
It features a lovely 50 m² living room with fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms and 5,000 m² of wooded grounds.

The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: - A 50 m² living room with sofas, armchairs, TV and dining area. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Laundry room - Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom, WC - Separate WC First floor - Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200) and single bed - Bedroom 3: with 2 single beds + 1 sofa-bed - Bedroom 4: with 2 single beds + 1 sofa-bed - Bedroom 5: with 2 single beds + 1 sofa-bed - Bathroom, WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - A beautiful 5,000 m² garden with trees, garden furniture and a recreational area to enjoy the sunny days. The house is ideally located in Montussan, in a very pleasant environment.
You can benefit from the proximity of all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : - Golf - Vineyard visits - Dordogne lake - Bassin d'Arcachon about 1 hour away, - Easy access to Bordeaux and Saint-Emilion. - Various activities available in the region (accrobranche, Wakepark, Tennis, cinema...) Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot or in the large grassy strip that serves as a garage. As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - Izon TER station approx. 5 min by car, Bordeaux Saint-Jean station approx. 30 min by car - Nearest airport: Bordeaux airport approx. 38 min by car. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - 4G box internet connection available - Pets are allowed free of charge (one dog or cat per stay). - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

Belle demeure, la personne qui nous a reçus (Christophe VIGOUREUX) était prévenante. Quelques insectes dérangeront peut-être les plus citadins. Sinon la maison est ancienne mais reste magnifique et fonctionnelle, il y a beaucoup de place. La description est conforme et je recommande vivement cette demeure pour son cadre et sa situation...
