Comfortable apartment of approximately 64 m2, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the fourth floor of a building without a lift. The accommodation is located in an area full of all services and boasts a wonderful view of the San Terenzo beach. We are close to bars, restaurants and cafes and the ferry to the splendid Cinque Terre, Portovenere, La Spezia and Tellaro. The accommodation has an equipped kitchen, washing machine, TV.

The apartment of approximately 64 m2 is located on the fourth floor of a building WITHOUT a lift. To access the apartment you need to take the stairs.


The apartment is composed as follows

- BEDROOM I with a double bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

- BEDROOM II with a double bed, a chest of drawers and a sofa.

- KITCHENETTE with hob, fridge, freezer, moka, oven, microwave, kitchen utensils;

- BATHROOM with sink, shower, bidet, toilet.

- TERRACE with a fabulous panoramic view of the Gulf of Poets

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C.


We are in Lerici, very picturesque and strategic place which includes two national parks and a regional park – Tuscan-Emilian Apennine Park, 5 Terre Park, Montemarcello Park and the Magra River , a large territory, which goes from Liguria to Tuscany, including the realities of Lunigiana, Val di Vara, Garfagnana, and then Versilia, the Tuscan archipelago and Corsica itself, in its historical-cultural ties with the Italian peninsula . For many, Lerici will be an opportunity to take a break for reflection, for others it will be a point from which to start or restart; someone will have the desire to stay, others will set sail again in search of further ports, but bringing with them a little of the 'richness' of this dynamic and clear panorama, perceived as a sailor's vision that tries to embrace in one just a glance at the whole north-Tyrrhenian basin.
