The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, in Orcières, this charming 20m² studio apartment, fully equipped and able to accommodate up to 4 travellers. Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no lift), it consists of a pretty 17m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a shower room with WC as well as a balcony with mountain views to enjoy the sunny days.
The accommodation comprises
- A 17 m² living room with TV, a double sofa bed (140×200), a double mezzanine bed (140×200) and a dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette machine, etc.
- A shower room with WC
- A south-facing balcony (1mx2m) with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in Orcières, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Hiking from the residence and all kinds of activities (skiing, sledging, snowboarding, zip-lining, snowshoeing, dog sledding, swimming pool, ice rink, cinema, bowling).
- Orcières resort is just 1 km from the accommodation. Access to pistes:
Soleil chairlift: 420m
Montagnou chairlift: 890m
Flocon ski lift: 910m
- The accommodation is about 3 minutes' drive from the resort centre and about 15 minutes' walk. Option to take the free shuttle bus opposite the residence.
Public transport :
Free private car park with free parking opposite the building.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Gap 37 km (45 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Grenoble Alpes Isère 160 km (2 h 30 by car)

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
