Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this 42 m² flat for rent, in the centre of Plougastel-Daoulas, which can accommodate up to 3 people. Located on the 1st floor (with lift) of a quiet residence, it comprises a living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The apartment comprises the following rooms:
- A 22 m² living room with sofa and dining area.
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster and hob.
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed.
- Bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine.
Exterior:
- A 4.5 m² balcony with table and chairs.
The south-west-facing apartment is ideally located in the village of Plougastel-Daoulas, halfway between Finistère Nord and Finistère de la Loire.
between North Finistère and South Finistère, in a quiet and pleasant environment, close to essential shops (bakeries, caterers, restaurants, etc.) within walking distance.
Activities :
- Plougastel: famous calvary, cycling and hiking, swimming or boat trips, visits to the Strawberry Museum, the 8 chapels, the ports of L'auberlac'h and Tinduff.
- Nearby: Landerneau and its inhabited bridge, Brest with Océanopolis (7 km from the apartment), Stangalar botanical garden (7 km away), Recouvrance and the Capucins, Musée de la Marine, Musée des Beaux-Arts.
