The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 90 m² house in Anglards-de-Salers for rent, which can accommodate up to 7 travellers (plus 3 children's beds). It comprises a pretty 31 m² living room (with fireplace), a fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 400 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 31 m² living room with TV, a sofa (also a pull-out bed) and a fireplace.
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
On the 1ᵉʳ floor:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and 1 single bed (90×190).
- Bedroom 2: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and a cot as well as a changing table
- Bedroom 3: with 1 bunk bed (2 single beds for children) and a pull-out bed for a total of 3 beds in this room.
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A lovely south-facing 400 m² enclosed garden with outdoor play equipment.
- A 90 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Anglards-de-Salers, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to 3 vehicles.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Riom-Es-Montagnes train station 31 km away (33 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Aurillac - Tronquières airport 51 km (52 min by car)
Other remarks :
- The two single beds (bunk beds) are only suitable for children up to 16 years.
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Free Wifi available.
- The fireplace is functional, and the first fire is free.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
