We offer you a large 1-bedroom apartment of 50m² fully equipped, located in a quiet area . The heart of downtown is only a block away.

The accommodation is divided into a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, and its bathroom.

Among the nice features, we provide : a baby cot, a fully equipped kitchen, a TV, Wi-Fi, a bath, large cupboards, and quadruple-pane windows for a relaxing stay !


Bed linen, towels and the whole household linen is provided. You will also find a few things to start your stay smoothly : coffee, tea, oils…


This 50m2 apartment is modern , and fully equipped. It has a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.


It is located on the 4th floor with an elevator.


The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of appliances and cooking utensils (dishwasher, induction hob, “raclette” machine, food processor, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and many others utensils.


In the bedroom, you have a double bed measuring 160cmx200cm and a large closet with hangers and drawers. Bed linens and blankets are provided as well as an iron and a small ironing board - Please note, there are no more blackout blinds.


In the living room, you will find a dining room table, a 2-seater couch), a large screen TV, and a DVD/CD player. A few books and magazines, DVDs and CDs are at your disposal.



The accommodation is not equipped with AC. We provide fans so that you can have a pleasant stay during the couple of hot weeks during summer :)

Even though the apartment is located in Annecy downtown, the place is calm and peaceful with its quadruple-pane windows and bieng on the 4th floor.


## Access


The apartment is rented as a whole.The apartment is located 5 min away from the train station and 5 min away from the old town. It is perfectly located for travelers arriving by train.

The rental cars are located across the street from the train station.



Important note: For travelers with cars, the accommodation being located in the heart of the city, it does not have a private parking. We suggest parking in the parking lot named "Parking Chevêne" (covered and with 24/7 video surveillance) 5 minutes away on foot. (Multi-day passes with discount price exist)
